I provide secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth services throughout the state of Texas for your comfort and convenience. I've found that offering telehealth makes therapy more accessible and convenient for folks experiencing barriers with health, transportation or scheduling conflicts, allowing more people to access the support they need. Meeting online can feel less intimidating and more comfortable than coming into an office, or make it easier for someone to express themselves, which can enhance the therapeutic experience. Research has shown that therapy conducted through telehealth is just as effective as meeting in person. Ultimately, offering telehealth is a personal choice based on my own preferences and the needs of my practice, allowing me to reach a broader range of clients and provide therapy in a way that aligns with my values and goals as a therapist.
